I have no idea what God is doing but it is definitely interesting

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing prayers, encouragement, and support during my time serving in Romania.

I’m writing to let you know that I have temporarily returned to Portland, Oregon. As part of the process for obtaining a residency permit in Romania, there are several key documents required—one of which is still in progress. Unfortunately, without this finalized paperwork, I was not able to complete the residency application in time.

To remain in compliance with Romanian and European Union laws, I made the decision to leave the country before the expiration of my 90-day visa-free travel period. While this change was not what I had hoped for, I trust that God is still at work in every detail.

In the meantime, I am continuing to pray and prepare, with full confidence that the necessary documents will be approved soon. My heart remains committed to the mission in Romania, and I look forward to returning as soon as I am able.

As I am temporarily staying in dorm room at my Alma Mater, Portland Bible College, I am also looking for a part-time job as well as a permanent living arrangement while I am in America for an uncertain length of time.

Below in this post are several pictures of my journey here in Romania so far. I apologize for the lack of communication of my whereabouts and I will commit to informing you all in a timely manner.

In summary, here are my prayer requests: God will provide a miracle for paperwork to be processed in a timely manner, a permanent living situation for before the 18th of this month, a part-time job to supplement my income while I am in America, the youth leadership time and the pastoral staff as they navigate my unexpected sabbatical, as well as peace and favor with the government of Romania.

Thank you again for walking with me in this journey. Your support means more than I can express. I’ll continue to keep you updated as things progress.

With gratitude,
Noah Reynolds
